Rowing with Resistance Band

Start Position
Place band around base of foot
Hold band tensely, arms extended
Sit with legs straight and long
Spine upright
Step 1
Inhale to prepare
Step 2
Exhale and pull T-band back, bending elbows alongside body
Step 3
Inhale and return to start position
Repeat eight times
