Small Ball
Motions

- Step 1
- Place ball between scapulae (shoulder blades)
Bend knees, hold behind knees
Place ball between shoulder blades and roll back
Support head with hands, elbows facing ceiling

- Step 2
- Lean back on ball
Elbows facing ceiling

- Step 3
- Return to start position

- Step 4
- Extend right leg

- Step 5
- Lean back on ball
Elbows facing ceiling

- Step 6
- Return to start position
Repeat on left leg

- Step 7
- Extend both legs
Repeat as above
