Rowing with Resistance Band


Exercise accessories modify basic excercises to enhance their effectiveness


Start Position

  • Place band around base of foot
  • Hold band tensely, arms extended
  • Sit with legs straight and long
  • Spine upright

Step 1

  • Inhale to prepare

Step 2

  • Exhale and pull T-band back, bending elbows alongside body

Step 3

  • Inhale and return to start position
  • Repeat eight times
