Motions

Step 1

  • Place ball between scapulae (shoulder blades)
  • Bend knees, hold behind knees
  • Place ball between shoulder blades and roll back
  • Support head with hands, elbows facing ceiling

Step 2

  • Lean back on ball
  • Elbows facing ceiling

Step 3

  • Return to start position

Step 3

  • Return to start position

Step 4

  • Extend right leg

Step 5

  • Lean back on ball
  • Elbows facing ceiling

Step 6

  • Return to start position
  • Repeat on left leg

Step 7

  • Extend both legs
  • Repeat as above
